Staten Island, NY  For the New York City Economic Development Corporation, The Williams Group with HOK Architects developed a comprehensive strategic land-use and disposition plan for the 36 acre former Naval facility. The overall objective was to determine the optimum reuse for the site, and potential development strategies to provide short and long term benefits to the Borough. |
